Audited Annual Financial Statements as a Business Card

The annual financial statements and management report are not only a statement of accounts, but also our clients‘ business card for shareholders, banks, business partners and customers. This applies equally to small and medium-sized companies and large enterprises of different legal forms and industrial sectors, including public companies quoted on the stock exchange. Furthermore, we also audit institutions under public law, local authorities and mixed economy companies, as well as those supported by regional authorities.

The audit is carried out on the basis of German or international accounting standards or the standards on local authority financial management (NKF) – supported by modern EDP technology and software. Upon request also in English.   

Reliability – under Hand and Seal

Our annual audit is a document – ”under Hand and Seal“. It confirms the information contained in the annual financial statements and management report. It must be possible for not only the entrepreneur, but also shareholders and banks to rely on its quality when they take their decisions.

Besides the audit report and auditor‘s opinion, our auditing teams can propose solutions – e.g. in the form of a management letter – on the basis of the knowledge acquired during the audit concerning the strengths and weaknesses of the company in the fields of accounting, controlling, taxes or other economically relevant fields, thereby creating a useful additional benefit for the client within the framework of the advice accompanying the audit.
